Your Death, Your Choice

organshortage1 The Center for Ethical Solutions is currently seeking funding to convert the report, “Your Death, Your Choice,” to a free, easy-to-use interactive web-based matrix available to the public for making and enacting end-of-life decisions. The original report was completed last year for PinnacleCare a group of professional patient advocates, that included a 50 page decision making matrix on treatment options and then over 300 pages of appendices on how to get those wishes carried out in all fifty U.S. States, the District of Columbia, the U.S. territories of American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, with supplemental information on England, France, Italy, India, Switzerland, and Japan.
